Cao Hoang Nam, M.A.

Cao Hoang Nam holds a Master's degree in International Relations and International Economics from the University of Oregon, USA. He has more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications planning, crisis communications management, and government relations for major enterprises in Viet Nam.

He currently serves as the Lead Coordinator of the Z & Alpha Initiatives, advancing the mission of building 'a forum where diverse and independent academic voices can contribute to a better Internet and a better society in Viet Nam.'
